What to expect during our recruitment process?

Our recruitment process consists of 6 easy steps. Check out the details below:

1 First

Send your CV & fill out our form

The first step is to send us your CV for the position you are applying for. Once the Head of HR has received your CV, she will request that you fill out a quick form.

2 Second

Create a Blind CV

Afterward, we will request that you create a Blind CV. You will be provided with a video as to how to create your blind CV. Generally speaking, your Blind CV will consist of three parts. The three parts of your Blind CV will be a career summary, languages you know, and tech stack information.

3 Third


Once you send back a Blind CV, we will set up a meeting with one of our IT specialists. We can arrange this interview using Calendly, where we give you 5 days to choose from and various times. You can book your interview and receive an email confirmation. The interview will be conducted completely in English.

4 Fourth

Technical skills test

You may be asked to perform a technical task in the form of live coding or a take-home assignment. In the scenario where you have a live coding interview, it may take around an hour and a half. If you have a take-home assignment, you will have a 30-minute virtual interview as mentioned in the step above.

5 Fifth

Discuss final feedback

After this, we will reach out with our feedback. If we decide to offer you a position at Swyply, at this time we will have a discussion to finalize the terms of our cooperation.

6 Sixth

Sign our contract & onboarding

After this final discussion, we provide you with a contract. If you would like to see it prior to our final meeting, we can share the document with you via email. After you sign the contract, we also onboard you to our company Swyply.
