You will enter the organisational structure of the customer that you were hired by and work on his or her software development project. These projects will last anywhere from 3 to 12 months if not longer.

You will get the opportunity to meet with an IT specialist from the other company for a virtual chat. They will go through a quick interview with you and in most scenarios end up hiring you for their project.
We have access to clients who do not recruit organically. It would be difficult to reach them directly. Additionally, as a developer, you will have the opportunity to work with both Polish teams and international teams depending on the customer. Our recruitment process consists of 6 easy steps. Check out the details below:
The first step is to send us your CV for the position you are applying for. Once the Head of HR has received your CV, she will request that you fill out a quick form.
Afterward, we will request that you create a Blind CV. You will be provided with a video as to how to create your blind CV. Generally speaking, your Blind CV will consist of three parts. The three parts of your Blind CV will be a career summary, languages you know, and tech stack information.
Once you send back a Blind CV, we will set up a meeting with one of our IT specialists. We can arrange this interview using Calendly, where we give you 5 days to choose from and various times. You can book your interview and receive an email confirmation. The interview will be conducted completely in English.
You may be asked to perform a technical task in the form of live coding or a take-home assignment. In the scenario where you have a live coding interview, it may take around an hour and a half. If you have a take-home assignment, you will have a 30-minute virtual interview as mentioned in the step above.
After this, we will reach out with our feedback. If we decide to offer you a position at Swyply, at this time we will have a discussion to finalize the terms of our cooperation.
After this final discussion, we provide you with a contract. If you would like to see it prior to our final meeting, we can share the document with you via email. After you sign the contract, we also onboard you to our company Swyply.
